If there are any questions you have that have not been answered below, please feel free to contact me.
· How much is the deposit?
There is a £250 non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the final fee.
· Can we meet before?
If you would like to meet me before that is fine. Or alternatively we can have a chat over skype or on the phone.
· How long is the wait for the photos?
I always say allow 4 weeks for the photos to be delivered to you, but this is often much quicker.
· How far will you travel?
I am based in the Midlands, specifically Nottingham but I will travel anywhere in the England at no extra cost, however if accommodation is needed, that may need to be added. Anywhere else, a small travel cost will be added. Please message me and we can discuss this.
· What equipment do you use?
I use a Canon camera system made up of a 5d mark iii for my main body then a 7d as an extra plus multiple lenses and lighting equipment.
· Can you make us a photo album?
Yes, I use Folio albums as my preferred choice as they are beautifully hand made and finished with the best quality printing. Price start from £450.
· When do we need to pay the final balance?
Final balance is due 4 weeks before the booking date.
· What is your shooting style?
I would say I shoot candid and relax shoots with not too much pushing and shoving into organized photo groups. I like to capture the day as naturally as possible. However it is always nice to have images of the couple together, so I will tend to ask for a small amount of time away from the other guests for more intimate photos. We can also discuss at the time of booking what shoots you require of certain groups of people and make sure everything you would like is catered for.
· Can we do whatever we want with the images?
Yes, the images are yours to print off, share around, put on facebook etc.. I will also provide a private, password protected, online gallery from which prints can be ordered.
· What does the photobooth entail?
If you would like a photobooth at your wedding I will set it up for 1 hour at the reception. There will be a backdrop and various props available for the guests to pick up and use. The images will be available to view in an online gallery a few days after the wedding where prints can be ordered. Alternatively, I can print the images at the time of shooting and give a copy to the guests of their images and stick a copy in a book for you to take home.
· How long have you been a photographer/photographing weddings?
I have been a photographer for many years. I graduated with a degree in photography from Nottingham Trent Uni then went onto work at various magazines and freelance for a variety of companies, both fashion and commercial. I decided to take up wedding photography seriously after being asked by several friends and family to capture their big days and enjoying it. I am currently only in my first year shooting wedding properly and this is reflected in the price, but I can assure you your images will be of a professional standard and I am happy to discuss any concerns you may have.
